FOR DISTRICTS UNDER THE FOUNDATION FOR APPALACHIAN OF OHIO
The Roadmap Academy is a blended learning journey designed to help Ohio school district leadership teams activate their future-ready vision.
Through two days in-person and two virtual learning sessions, participants will:
• Align on a district vision connected to the AASA Public Education Promise and the
Portrait of a Graduate.
• Identify and plan the leadership, instructional, and cultural shifts needed to succeed.
• Use appreciative inquiry tools and techniques to build on your strengths and successes in
your journey through readiness, alignment and activation.
• Make connections with peers across Ohio.
• Leverage AASA’s Well-Being Toolkit to embed hope, resilience, agency, and belonging in
classrooms and communities as essential conditions for learning.
