Schedule for travel planning:
May 6: Check-in begins at 2:30 PM at the headquarters hotel. The program will start promptly at 3:00 PM, followed by a reception that evening.
May 7: Departing from the Headquarter Hotel by AASA bus, we will spend the day immersed in the Minnetonka Public Schools, exploring their innovative programming and practices. Lunch will be provided.
May 8: We will reconvene at the headquarters hotel to learn, reflect and synthesize our experiences. The program will conclude at 12:00 PM.
The Minnetonka Public Schools team and the AASA Leadership for Well-being and Learning Co-Leads — Dawn Bridges, Associate Director of Professional Development and Associate Director at the Illinois Association of School Administrators, and Tobin Novasio, Superintendent of Hardin Public Schools in Montana — will guide our learning and collaboration as we explore the following essential questions.

Prioritize student centered learning: How is your district prioritizing student belonging, mental health, and social, emotional, and life skill development?
Community partners: How are you maximizing your partnerships in efforts to better support students and families to gain more traction?
Measurement: What tools and strategic processes are you utilizing to measure and monitor progress at the student and system level?
Staff Well-being: How do you proactively promote staff well-being? Have you cracked the code on identifying and supporting staff mental health and well-being?
