The meeting will begin at the headquarters hotel with check-in at 2:45 PM, followed by the start of the session at 3:00 PM. The evening will wrap up with the reception hosted by AASA.

Attendee should gather in the lobby of the headquarters hotel by 7:00 AM for check-in and bus boarding. We will depart promptly at 7:15 AM from the HQ hotel and travel to Mansfield ISD. This day includes school tours, reflection, and debrief time. Details to be announced once finalized.

Traveling by Air: The closest major airport to the Headquarters Hotel is the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). It is located approximately 20 miles (approx. 37 to 57 minutes depending on traffic) from the Headquarters Hotel.
