AASA’s EdLeader Promise Network is a collaborative community where superintendents and their teams are making the promise of public education a reality.
Through collaboration, shared learning, and carefully curated tools, the network helps districts turn vision into action, and action into meaningful outcomes for all children.
As part of your Network registration, you can choose to participate in one of the following:
- An AASA Cohort
- A Superintendent Solutions Collaborative (SSC)
Following your selection, an AASA staff member will be in touch to gather further details.
About the Options:
AASA Cohorts:
Cohorts offer collaborative professional learning on timely and relevant topics. They help superintendents explore problems of practice, strengthen district improvement efforts, and learn with colleagues across the country. Cohorts meet virtually with at least one optional in-person gathering. There are seven cohorts to choose from:
Superintendent Solutions Collaboratives (SSC):
Superintendent Solutions Collaboratives are network-only spaces designed to help leaders tackle their most urgent challenges. Each collaborative includes guidance from an expert Chair and blends virtual sessions with select in-person touchpoints. There are four collaboratives to choose from:
- Employee Recruitment and Retention
- Managing Enrollment Changes
- Community and Public Relations
- Academic Return on Investment Training
