2025 Built for Learning Summit
Please join AASA, our government cooperative
procurement partner, Sourcewell, and 39 other district leaders in a 3-day
summit to explore developments and imperatives related to school district
infrastructure.
When: November 12 – 14, 2025
Where: Charlotte, NC
Attendees & Expenses: AASA will provide lodging and meals, plus provide travel reimbursement up to $650* for one
(1) superintendent or one (1) business official and one
(1) facilities/infrastructure lead from each participating district. We ask that each district bring two participants.
To participate, you
must arrive at the hotel on November 12th by 12:30pm local time for
a 1pm start and plan to depart from the hotel no earlier than 11:45am
on November 14th. AASA will book your hotel room based on
arrival and departure dates in your registration. If you need to arrive prior
to November 12th to start on time, please contact Tammy Barbara (tbarbara@aasa.org) for early arrival approval.
Please register below, provide your arrival
and departure dates, provide your assistant’s email
if possible, share if you have any dietary restrictions, and share your concerns
on a few infrastructure topics.
