The Summit will be hosted at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort, 5001 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250. We have a limited room block at the hotel for our participants which can be accessed through the link on hotel name above. The room block is a first come first serve basis with rooms available from Monday, Nov 17 - Thursday, Nov 20, 2025. The room rate is $185/night++. The deadline to book is October 20, 2025, or when we fill the block. Plan to book early!

The closest major airport is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

To assist in travel decisions, the summit begins at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, Nov 18th, and concludes by 12:30 PM on Wednesday, Nov 19th.
