Cohort empowers districts to design and scale high-impact student pathways that lead to real postsecondary options through industry partnerships, work-based learning, and university credit. Throughout the year, leaders will engage in practical learning modules that show how coherent pathway design and measurable outcomes drive college, career, and life readiness. Together, we’ll build systems that help every student navigate their futures with confidence, clarity, and authentic opportunity.
